Ground beef omelet is an omelet with a hearty beef twist! I grew up eating this delicious dish thanks to my momโs cooking in Las Piรฑas. Iโd usually enjoy it with warm, fluffy steamed rice and a splash of banana ketchup. Sometimes, Iโd switch things up with sinangag, a garlicky fried rice that pairs perfectly. If Iโm craving a bread side, Iโd go for either a soft loaf or a fresh pandesal. Anyway, this dish was one of my most-loved protein-packed breakfastsโitโs comfort food at its best!

Havenโt tried this receipe yet, but I make a Taco Burger omelette that is out of this world. Nearly the same but season the beef with Taco Seasoning. Top omelette with salsa and shredded cheese, top with sour cream
