Hi Sir Vanjo, I am also a huge fan of yours, I always do rely on your recipes everytime I cook. My husband loves it and I wanna say thank you. Now I can cook different food other than arabic food that I have learnt from my boss when I was at Abu Dhabi. I will try this one and hoping that I will not have any trouble looking for the Bamboo shoots. We have fresh ones in my Province Ilocos Sur. I used to get them from our mountain. Have a good day to all!:)
