Loida, I believe that you misread the recipe. It recommends 2 cups (not cans). 1 can is almost equivalent to to cups.

Regarding your question, you can use a stand mixer with dough hook to make kneading easier.

I have learned a lot from your video and I thank you very much. Now I can prepare a few Filipino dishes that I miss so much.
I do have a suggestion: For ease of kneading the dough as in siopao dough, ensaimada, pandesal etc, using the dough hook of a mixer would be very helpful.
