15 Minute Pork Stir fry is a delicious dish that you can prepare quickly. It works well for me on days when I want to enjoy a nice home cooked meal for lunch, but my time is limited. This dish is also what I usually make after getting home from work on a busy day.

15 Minute Pork Stir fry

Not sure what to make with your pork, and got less than a half hour to make your next meal? There are plenty of dishes here on Panlasang Pinoy you can whip up quickly. But should you be interested in one that will also pack a ton of nutrients, I would recommend you get to working on this 15 Minute Pork Stir Fry.

You might be wondering, โ€œIs it really possible to make a delicious pork dish in just 15 minutes?โ€ Beginners at cooking may struggle a bit with recreating this in a short span of time, but given how simple the steps are, it still would not take that long to complete! Since stir-fried dishes are made with high heat, this takes little time to create, and is also great for sealing the juice in the meat.ย

I enjoy having this dish with warm white rice. However, sometimes I crave for Yang Chow rice.

Enjoy this easy pork stir fry. By the way, you may  add bell peppers too if you wish. Simply slice the capsicum into strips and stir-fry with the snow peas.

As for vitamins and minerals, did you know that you could get vitamin A, vitamin B, folate and so much more just from baby corn? Snow peas are also great for your gut health, while helping manage your blood pressure. Now what are you waiting for? Hop on this recipe with me!

How to Cook 15 Minute Pork Stir Fry

Seasoning the pork

Firstly, we will need to arrange our ยฝ lb. of pork tenderloin that weโ€™ve sliced into thin pieces in a bowl. Pour 1 ยฝ tablespoons of oyster sauce inside. Also add ยฝ teaspoon of ground black pepper with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix everything together. Then put 2 teaspoons of cornstarch inside, and mix everything again. Make sure these are all well-blended.

Cooking the pork

Letโ€™s put 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan. You can also use a wok for this. Then when your oil becomes hot, you can add your pork from earlier. Stir fry this until it gets brown. Donโ€™t forget to use high heat in stir frying.

Adding some veggies and seasonings

Place 8 to 10 pieces of baby corn inside depending on how many you would like to have. Also pour 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce into the mix. Then just stir fry for 2 minutes. Now you can toss in 15 snow peas, and stir fry again for 1 minute. Itโ€™s now time to pour ยฝ cup of beef broth inside for some added flavor. Continue cooking everything for just 1 minute more.

Serving the dish

Weโ€™re all good to go! Just transfer your 15 Minute Pork Stir Fry to a serving plate. Make sure to have this while itโ€™s hot! Now this serves 3 people, but if you are eating solo, you can always store the extra servings for later.

In search of more dishes to recreate while on the go? Here are my recommendations for cooks out there with packed schedules, and only have less than an hour to make their meals!

Beef In Oyster Sauce Stir Fry With Ampalaya

The mildly savory oyster sauce just always seems to work with beef. But how about throwing in some ampalaya in there for the perfect mix of saltiness and bitterness? I love this Beef In Oyster Sauce Stir Fry With Ampalaya because itโ€™s quite simple in terms of the ingredients used, but still has so much flavor. Sherry cooking wine mixed with sesame oil, soy sauce and ground black pepper just brings in a ton of richness to the meat.

Chicken with Oyster Sauce Stir Fry

But what if youโ€™re trying to cut out red meat from your diet? Should you want less fat and calories, you can also go for what seems like the white meat version of the previous recipe. This Chicken with Oyster Sauce Stir Fry is also flavorful, but also has its share of crispiness from various bell peppers. The best part is that it takes just around 28 minutes to cook up!

Vegetable Stir-Fry Pasta

Now I know what youโ€™re thinking. Just how realistic is it to call a pasta dish a quick and easy one? You may be asking this because you have never tried my Vegetable Stir-Fry recipe. This is a truly healthy and hearty dish that has such a satisfying mix of veggies from bell peppers to squash to mushrooms. Another plus is that you just need a little over a half hour to whip this right up for 4 people. I also quite love how much more fun this dish gets because it uses tri-color rotini. This delicious, twisty pasta ingredient is filling, and goes well with a variety of flavors. You should definitely give it a shot if youโ€™re moer used to more common kinds of pasta like spaghetti.
