Like myself, some people prefer to have more sauce in some of their dishes. I like more sauce in dishes such as adobong kangkong because I can pour it over white rice —ย  it makes my meal more enjoyable.

Adobong Kangkong can be consumed as a main or side dish. To me, I consider this more of a side dish that can be paired with fried dishes such as fried fish or fried pork. You may want to see the previously sharedย adobong kangkong recipe.

Try this Saucy Adobong Kangkong Recipe. Let me know what you think.

Hi! May I use lime juice instead of white vinegar? I want to use both, but I don’t want it to be ruined and I don’t want my ingredients put to waste.

If you do not want your ingredients to put to waste, you just simply need to follow the exact recipe.

Cassey, you can use this crispy spinach recipe and substitute the spinach with kangkong leaves.
