Hello po. Dito po sa kinalalagyan ko , yun pong plantain variety nila from Jamiaica is bigger and not as tasty as our pinoy variety. I wonder if there are any other kababayan who has tried making mintamis na saba using the kind of plaintain found here in Toronto? And what were the result? I have tried turon from Filipino stores, but not minatamis na saba yet. Thanks
