Hi Marydean, hindi ako sigurado ngayon kung saan ito mabibili dyan sa Pilipinas. Pero, pwede kang gumamit ng ibang alternative ingrdients gaya ng dry sherry or Shaoxing wine. Pwede ka ring gumamit ng regular na rice wine gaya ng sake or mirin.

Sure leah, you can cook this in a crock pot. Just throw in everything and cook for 8 to 10 hours. Try to lessen the water to 1 cup though.
