Here in England, it comes in different brands, but still the same description which is Five Spice Powder. McCormick might have them, Schwartz do have them. Most Asian stores will have them along with the Star Anise. Hope I helped 🙂

Sure Harvey, you can start by using around a quarter of a teaspoon of star anise powder, then you can add more if needed.
