This Lobster Pasta in Creamy Alfredo Sauce was made from scratch using fresh lobster meat. I also assembled the creamy Alfredo sauce from four different ingredients, plus the lobster. The sauce is different from my basic Alfredo sauce recipe by one ingredient: garlic powder. This is an easy recipe that everyone should be able to follow without confusion. It was nice to discover that fresh lobsters were on sale in my local supermarket, so I grabbed the opportunity by purchasing a few pieces. I like lobsters not only for its taste, but also for the fact that these are quick and easy to cook. I initially cooked the lobsters by steaming. You can also boil, bake, grill, or broil these if desired. Here are some tips on how to cook lobsters.
Once the lobsters are cooked. Remove the meat from it. The meat from the tail part is the easiest to pull out. A nutcracker can be a useful tool to break the claws so that you can pull the meat from it. Chop all the meat before starting to cook the sauce.
I made use of salted butter for the sauce. simply melt the butter in a pot and then add the chopped lobsters and garlic powder. As I mentioned earlier, I used some garlic powder for this recipe because I thought that it complemented the lobster. Heavy whipping cream was also used for this recipe along with shredded or grated Parmesan cheese. If you cannot find heavy whipping cream in your location, you can use all-purpose cream. However, you might need to add a bit of fresh milk to balance the thickness.

I purchased a lot of lobsters in the form of thee live 3-pounders and three live 1-1/2-pounders. I searched the Internet for recipes and this one caught my eye. I made this dish up with some of the lobster meat (I had no scale to weigh it so I just used my eyes). I used egg noodles instead of spaghetti and left off the pepper and upped the garlic to 2 T of powdered garlic. After putting the ingredients together in my Dutch oven I let it cool then froze it along with other lobster dishes. I thawed this one out early in the second week of July and had my first portion for dinner on July 10. It was among the most magnificent meals I have ever had. I could taste the lobster in the noodles alone and using heavy cream led to a very rich sauce. I am glad I gave it a try and highly recommend it to other lovers of lobster.

Good Morning! Can I use artificial crab stick instead of lobster meat? For all purpose cream, what is the measurements for fresh milk? Thanks
Vanjo Merano says
sure, you can use artificial crab meat for this recipe. As for the all purpose cream and milk ratio (when heavy whipping cream is not available), please use 2:1 (all purpose cream : milk).
