hello! relatively new cook here. just wanted to ask if its okay to buy squid or even fish at the supermarket, store in freezer and thaw when needed for cooking? i’ve only handled pork, beef and chicken and would like to try seafood more. thanks so much!

I tried this but I lacked 2 ingredients, the fish sauce and bay leaf. But it still turned out well. This is a nice recipe.
