Hi Sarah, these are all different versions of bistek that I am experimenting with. I am trying to use different cuts of beef for each recipe and adjust the amount and type of ingredients to create variations.

Metsy, that is a good question. For the benefit of everyone, coconut aminos are used in Paleo diet as a substitute ingredient for soy sauce. I am also doing this diet sometimes and tried coconut aminos for beefsteak (bistek) and adobo. The result is still good, but it tastes a bit milder.
