My girl was craving sopas and I found this recipe. We added chicken broth vs water with cayenne pepper because we enjoy a little spicy with our soup. She loved it and I got some points.

If you use corned beef instead of chicken it’s not chicken sopas anymore. It’s called corned beef sopas.

Just keep the noodles separate and only add when ready to eat!! Then you can have chicken noodle for days

I used Margarine instead of cooking oil. Or corned beef instead of chicken. But your version is ok too. Kanya kanyang way of cooking sopas.
