Here’s one for you. Fry an egg and as soon as it is in the pan, break the yolk and mix it with some of the white. Once it has cooked enough to hold together, turn it over and cook through, so there are no runny bits. Turn it again if you have to. What is this type of fried egg called? I haven’t been able to find it listed anywhere. It is probably considered a mistake, but it is how I like my eggs! Thank you.

I can say that I can live on eggs for months! I even have the habit of eating up to 3 eggs in one day sometimes (even if I know it’s bad). There is this one dish we do when we were young. Our mom used to do it for us before. We will get freshly cooked (very hot steaming) rice then pour a fresh egg on it, some iodized salt, (seasoning is optional) then mixed it altogehter. The heat of the rice cooks the egg and we also add a bit of butter sometimes. We do this whenever we get hungry and we are in a hurry to cook. Whenever I do it, I remember my childhood. I even taught it to my nephew!
By the way, I love your blog. I even copied the recipes I like and downloaded it on my husband’s phone so I can have easy access on it. Thank you so much. I am so excited to try all the new dishes I discovered from your site! Keep it up and God bless you and your family.. =)

Cook an egg over easy. Right when you flip the egg crack a second egg on top and let the whole thing cook until the whites of the first egg are cooked.
