Can I cook 2 or 3 rolls of lechon belly for the same amount of time and temperature as for one roll?

Hi! Success yung recipe mo, the best. Medyo nasunog nga lang yung balat pero masarap padin, not sure if yung oven ko medyo luma na din. Question lng, is it broil or bake mode sa oven? Thanks.
