Easy Loco Moco using CDO Ulam Burger

Ingredients

  • 6 patties CDO Ulam Burger
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley

Sauce ingredients:

  • ½ cup button mushroom chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the burger patties until both sides are completely cooked. Set aside.
  • Fry the eggs. Set aside.
  • Make the sauce by heating 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a saucepan. Saute onion and mushrooms for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the beef broth into the pan and season with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Let boil. Cook for 3 minutes in low heat setting.
  • Season with salt and ground black pepper.
  • Make a slurry by combining 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water. Stir until well blended.
  • Pour the slurry into the saucepan. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  • Arrange the CDO Ulam Burger Patties on a plate over rice. Top with sauce. Add fried egg. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Share. Serve and enjoy!
