- 4 tomatoes diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 onion white or red, diced
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 jalapeno chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a large bowl, combine tomatoes and onion. Gently toss to mix.
