Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 onion white or red, diced
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 jalapeno chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine tomatoes and onion. Gently toss to mix.
