Popcorn Chicken makes a good snack for your kids especially on school days right after school. The good news is this is so quick and easy to prepare โ less than 30 minutes. The ingredients for this recipe are readily available in your local grocer too.
One of the nice things that I liked with this recipe is the fact that it is the base recipe to many dishes. In other words, you can make many other dishes from this simple Popcorn Chicken Recipe that we have here. Some examples of these dishes are: Orange Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Lemon Chicken, and many more.
This can be made more exciting by pairing with your childโs favorite dip like creamy ranch, sweet and sour sauce, barbecue, or even ketchup. This can even be treated like regular popcorn. It can be eaten as it is while watching TV.

- Serve with cornbread or cornbread muffin. Share and enjoy!
